Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Spanish Speaking Clients

There will be no shuffling of papers or need of an interpreter for deaf and hard of hearing clients.

 

You will however have an intake form to fill out, that can be found here on my website under the "Forms" tab.

 

As a result of utilizing sign language as our communication medium, we can more quickly determine the proper massage technique for your benefit.

 

Also, since we are not dependent on an interpreter for communication, you as a client  have the same complete confidentiality that all clients have.

 

You will find that I am committed to the respect and sensitivity for your communication style.

Unfortunately, I do not have an interpreter in my practice, nor do I speak Spanish myself. But I do encourage any clients that speak Spanish or any different language to please bring an interpreter.

Even though we are dependent on an interpreter for communication, you as a client have the same complete confidentiality that all clients have. Please be aware however, that your interpreter is also aware of your sessions with Healing Touch. And we do ask that they keep your sessions confidential.
