RESERVATIONS:

 

Please reserve your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate number is required for all reservations. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

 

PARTIES:

 

We are happy to accommodate special event celebrations, including bridal and birthday parties as well as wedding and baby showers. We are more than happy to assist you with any special arrangements or requests.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

 

Gift certificates are available for individual services, packages or dollar amounts. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are valid for three months from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. We charge 50% of the scheduled service fee for no shows and same day appointment cancellations. We therefore require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold your requested appointment time.

Your card will not be charged at the time of making the appointment, but only for a no show or same day cancellation. We appreciate your understanding in this matter due to the fact that missed and no show appointments are very costly to the massage establishment and results in lost income to the staff.

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

 

There is not minimum age for services; however a parent or guardian must accompany children 17 or younger into treatment rooms. For your enjoyment as well as that of other clients please arrange for childcare, as children cannot be accommodated in treatment rooms unless they are receiving services.
